Over 10 conferences, we set up 350 one-to-one appointments with exactly the right contacts.

A Healthcare and Life Sciences organisation: The US based Senior Director, Health Sciences, and the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations, EMEA Healthcare and Life Sciences, wanted to meet executives from healthcare suppliers, payers and medical device organisations from several countries. Our role was to research, connect and invite them to meet at Medica de Düsseldorf conference, WoHIT conference in Vienna, Copenhagen and Arabian Health Dubai. We arranged over 250 executive meetings.

A global Property & Construction practice: The CEO of major global property and construction practice wanted to significantly raise the organisation's profile and create a network of international client CEOs resulting in sales and pipeline business. The timeline was 3 months to arrange meetings at two international conferences. We researched and created a network of 15,000 international CEOs. Then agreed a carefully targeted group with the CEO and personally invited them to meet our client. We generated 60 appointments at each conference and then a further 60 appointments post MIPIM09 (Cannes) and 10 post CHTIC09 (Caribbean). We conducted additional stealth research in North Africa, Maghreb and the Gulf, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates preparing CEO:CEO connections for the next phase.
