Everything you have ever wanted to know about networking in a breakfast, lunchtime or evening session. The audience brings their challenges, concerns and questions and one of our very experienced trainers will provide on the spot answers. This is a quick 60 minute, practical, fun and impactful Q&A session. We run 5 modules over a 4-6 month period normally in board rooms, canteens or auditoriums.

Based on the most frequently asked questions the session themes include:

How to create a personal brand
Building and sustaining key relationships

These "networking surgeries" can be run for groups of people with similar levels of networking experience, i.e. beginners, intermediate or advanced networkers and it can be run for women's groups, minority ethnic groups, other staff associations and work groups including: sales teams, technical teams, graduates, senior executives....any groups that share the same vision and needs.

The facilitator will start the session off and then encourage the audience to tell them what they want from the next 60 minutes. It is very practical and totally focused on their needs. This programme is aimed at providing instant solutions to the most common "glitches" for those "networking".

Most of us know how important networking is to business and career development, and most of us are willing to give networking a try. All we need is a guiding hand showing us 'how to' with encouragement and motivation.
