Description
Who are the most influential people in your organisation? What is it that gives them this influence and power? How can you increase your own spheres of influence and impact at the right levels, both internally and externally?
Understanding people's personality, their power bases and how they make an impact are elements of this programme which is designed to build confidence and provide practical tools and tips for enhancing influence and impact.
Using real life case studies and some role play, participants examine how they approach their key stakeholders, where the power lies in those relationships and how they can flex their behaviours to make more impact. Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) they learn how their own personality preferences impact their behaviours and language and how to read the preferences of others so that they can move relationships forward and make them effective and productive connections. Finally, they learn how to develop sustainable relationships that support their career and business objectives.
