This programme gives the team time and space to clarify their message and build a communication strategy around it - whether internal, external or both.

Stakeholder mapping will cover questions such as: Who are the key stakeholders and how can they be mapped out? What is important to your stakeholders in relation to the team? Which team members are best placed to deliver the message and to which stakeholders? How does the team make sure it "walks its talk"?

Stakeholder mapping is a great way to get the team thinking together about their profile, how they communicate with each other and with stakeholders by looking at personality preferences, communication style and networking skills.
