Our Smarter Networking Coaching programmes can be tailored for anyone coming into the world of sales whatever their experience. We have two types of coaches:


Highly qualified coaches specialising in performance and business coaching
Very experienced coaches with a great track record


Our experienced coaches have varied methodologies, backgrounds and experiences. This will ensure we best meet the needs of the individual coachees, taking into account their personality preferences, status, experience, etc.


We can use a number of profiling tools such as Myer Briggs, Insights, Belbin, 16PF5, DISC etc and/or work along side your own preferred tools.


Our approach is very much results focused - follow-through on the actions is a priority to ensure the coaching is as effective as possible, providing tangible results.


As we are well-connected, we are also often able to provide additional support in terms of making valuable introductions to enhance the coachees' success.


Sessions usually last between 1 ½ - 2 hours and our preference is to hold them "off-site" as we find this not only prevents interruptions but provides a more relaxed environment in which to have open and honest conversations. They will usually involve a discussion around the goal or outcome identified for that session, resulting in agreed actions for the coachee.
