Smarter Networking's coaching programmes are designed to support coachees in achieving the goals that they have identified - whether the focus is:

Performance coaching - aimed at raising or re-directing the level of performance in an existing role, meeting the competencies of a new role or addressing specific challenges

Career coaching - aimed at identifying, exploring and obtaining new career options and opportunities whether internally or externally

New business coaching - aimed at improving the skills, confidence and willingness to increase sales

Networking coaching - aimed at improving the skills, confidence and willingness to network from beginners through to advanced networkers

Smarter Networking's coaching programmes can be tailored for professionals at all levels - from new graduates starting out in the world of work, through to those making career/status changes and onto to individuals approaching retirement and considering a new direction or portfolio career.

Our sessions usually last between 1 ½ - 2 hours and our preference is to hold them "off-site" as we find this not only prevents interruptions but provides a more relaxed environment in which to have open and honest conversations.

A range of coaches with different methodologies, backgrounds and experience are available to ensure we meet the needs of the individual coachees, taking into account their personality preferences, status, experience, etc.

Our approach is very much results focused - follow-through on the actions is a priority to ensure the coaching is as effective as possible, providing tangible results.

An additional benefit of the Smarter Networking coaching progammes is that, being well-connected, we are able to provide additional support in terms of making valuable introductions to enhance the coachees' success.

Much of the power of coaching lies in the relationships built between the coaches and coachees based on trust and mutual respect. Nothing discussed during the coaching sessions will be shared with anyone else unless the coach is expressly asked to and/or given permission to do so by the coachee.
